These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through JujuBot, including packs and subscriptions. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Products and Services

JujuBot offers digital products including ticket packs, boosts, cosmetic items, and monthly subscriptions. All products are virtual and have no physical equivalent.

Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not affect already completed purchases.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit cards. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled.

Delivery

Virtual items are delivered instantly to your JujuBot account after successful payment confirmation. If you experience any issues, please contact us.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has begun to be executed with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided once virtual items have been delivered. Exceptions may be made for technical issues or unauthorized purchases. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Warranty

Virtual items are provided 'as is'. We guarantee that purchased items will be delivered to your account. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using virtual items.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
