Access to the Service

Access to JujuBot is free. Some features may require in-app purchases. You must have a valid Discord account to use the bot. You must be at least 13 years old (Discord's minimum age requirement).

Account and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. Any activity on your account is your responsibility. You must not share your login credentials.

Usage Rules

You agree not to:

Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with JujuBot
Exploit bugs or glitches instead of reporting them
Engage in harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior
Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the bot
Sell, trade, or transfer your account for real money

Virtual Items

All virtual items (cards, tickets, currencies) have no real-world monetary value. They are licensed to you and remain the property of JujuBot. Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money.

Limitation of Liability

JujuBot is provided 'as is' without warranty. We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or any damages arising from the use of our services.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We may update these Terms of Use, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice or compensation for virtual items.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
